The Joe Cell is one of the only available fuel cells, that you can power your vehicle soley from converting water to hydrogen. The invention was threated and now the instructions are available for free. The instructions are easy to read and construction of the Joe cell should be done by a professional. Get some help! The inventor should be rewarded for his work somehow, there is lots of information on water to hydrogen on youtube. The joe cell does not convert water to hydrogen, it seems to draw energy from a field often referred to as Orgone. It doesn't consume the water. Will probably provide feedback after reading this.
